in the Shenandoah Valley region

 

 

Art in Bloom Auction~2009 Donation Form

 

Your donation will be utilized during our largest fundraising event, the Art in Bloom Auction.

Proceeds will help us continue bringing our programs to students in K-5^th grade.

 

Donations are for the benefit of the Children's Art Network which is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and also is classified as a public charity under sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is the DONOR’S responsibility to furnish the IRS with a detailed list of items and their values.  Contributions of goods are deducible for income tax purposes to the extent allowed by law.  The Children's Art Network does not assess the valuation of your gift.  That is the privilege and responsibility of the donor.  Please consult your income tax preparer for more information.
